OH has had an urge.....
and bought a fire pit for the garden.
What is it with men and fire?
He's put it together and now I have to go see it lit, bless, he just wants to burn stuff.

And what's wrong with that?
Now you two can sit around an open fire together on those cold evenings watching the dancing flames flickering up into the sky.

LOL I must admit I love burning things too.
I just worry what might go missing when he's run out of things to burn.

I was dreadful at the other place, there was so much land that I used to often have a fire, I found it very relaxing and was always looking for stuff to put on it

Well, we've sat out there all evening and burnt everything lol!
We toasted marshmallows round the fire.
Then we toasted bananas dipped in sugar to make hot toffee bananas.
Then we experimented with popcorn lol
Then we tried to blow things up.
And now we are all going to bed, all sooty lol.
I highly recommend this burning malarky!
