That looks very nice. I remember when we bought our first house 2 years ago - very exciting lol but also our solicitors messed both parties around which made it quite stressful which wasnt so good. So I hope it all goes very smoothly for you and no nasty surprises on the survey or the solicitors!
It will feel great when you are in and its all yours! And i bet the dogs will love the garden!

Hey that's lovely!!! Really nice Shirley, and I love the decking at the back and the little garden, and it's all nice and clean and tidy, so not much work I hope! I noticed it's got a rateable value????? Do you still have rates then in the Isle of Man and not the dreaded Council Tax then like we have here?? I wish we still hate rates, it was so much fairer!! Oooooh, bet you're really excited!
