Stuck to my diet today... feeling unusually pleased with myself.

I'm feeling strangely pleased with myself and I know why!

I have stuck to my diet very well today (okay, so it's the first day but every little bit counts) and am just waiting for my sister to get home so we can have a baked potatty for dinner.

Just wanted to share this as it's not often I actually stick to these things...

Lol.... and doritos!
They are my downfall, I just love them. I went to the pub last night and had 3 vodkas & diet cokes (50 cals each so same as a yoghurt ) but I always crave them when I get home.
I resisted then, but munching now.

Still I'm nearly at 5 stone lost, so they won't hurt.
