Anyone trying for fame and glory this weekend?
We are off to Belfast for a Champ show, an Irish Kennel Club Show despite being held in NI. (Confused????
) It's Portadown's first Champ show and so another trip up to the King's Hall which always seems to be 10 degrees colder than the surrounding area 
I doubt we will do much, there are some good dogs entered if the grapevine is to be believed, but I will report back anyway and it should be enjoyable regardless.
Anyone else off on their travels this weekend?

me and a couple of gals are off to the leo champ show nr coventry 3 different girls, 3 different classes. 2 have already qualified so fingers crossed for the other one
Win or lose we will be taking the best dogs home

Unusually for me, I have shows both Saturday and Sunday. Bailey my 10 year old Irish Setter is in the Veteran class at the North East of England Irish Setter Club Championship Show tomorrow.
Then on Sunday he's at Chester-le-Street Open Show, no breed Classes, so it's AVNSC then AV Veteran. The judge has done him well before back in 1999. So we'll see what he(the judge) thinks of the old codger (the dog) now.
