Ive just taken my bitch to stud, and have had the deed done but on both accounts there was no tie is it still possible for her to be in pup?
Also when can she be tested in pup and how, as i really dont want to be over feeding in the latter part and end up with a little fatty

There is a chance she could be pregnant, but obviously slimmer than if you had a good tie mating. I only take my girls to the vet around day 28 to be scanned if I'm not sure, but to be honest you are better off just waiting. Scans will only tell you yes or no and by 5 weeks you can 'normally' tell if in whelp or not.

my girl had her biggest litter yet ...6 pups from one outside tie and a mate of mine her bitch just had 5 pups from one slip mating it went in and popped out in 1 min she thought nothing would become of it
