resize photos

Please can anyone tell me how to resize a picture, my daughter needs a passport size picture. I have taken one with my digital camara, but it is too big, can anyone help?

have you got any photo software you can use if you have what you got?

Also you can use paint in windows xp or you can use an online photo resizer like this one never used it so i don't know what it's like.

Or send it to me and i'll do it for you
