Having the first down day in ages

So today I got up feeling okay. I know I've given up on the maths course cause I can't cope with the amount of studying I need to do for it. So that was a relief...but since then I've felt depressed, down and very tearful. Hubby said something he thought was funny to me and I haven't been able to stop crying since.

It's doing my head in. I hate SAD.
