Could your dog be an Emmerdale star?

TV programme This Morning is on the hunt for a fabulously talented dog to star in an extra special episode of Emmerdale!

It says...
Do you think your pooch is perfect for the role? If so then all you have to do is watch Paddy Kirk's step-by-step guide to entering the competition above, then upload a video of your prize pet performing before 12:00pm on January 18th. Who knows, your dog could be taking centre-stage in the village later this year!

Good Luck

Not unless they are planning a hound of the Baskervilles style story line.

Mine would be brilliant if they want sleeping dogs, but you wouldn't get much activity from the lazy devils, let alone performing or learning tricks.

Right - I'm entering Merlin!

He is very photogenic - he has been on TV before and loved it (Richard & Judy); he is probably too strong for sheep but he is an instinctively good cattle dog (have seen him do an outrun and bunch them then keep them in the group; also he has faced up to a belligerent steer that tried to butt him, several times and he won).

Also is very good with people and more charming than you can imagine.... kisses on command, digs on command, just full of personality, and understands far too many human words for his own good!

My goodness, he will tilt his head and look right into the camera if needed....
