Healing scars

I want something that will help to heal and fade the scar from my knee op.
I know there is an oil, but I just can't remember what it's called.
Anyone got any idea?

Bio oil is brilliant. I have a scar on my throat from having a tracheotomy (?) and I used it on that to bring it down. Worked a treat!
