Crate training

Millie has taken to the crate experience very well ^^

She cries from time to time I guess thats normal but no destructive behavior from her she is laying on her bed looking a bit miffed but i think she will learn to get to used to her crate any tips for helping her adjust???

She has water does she need it in a crate? How long could I leave her in their for???

Is it true that puppies who sleep in a crate go through the night without any accidents is this fair for the pup???

Each of my dogs has water available in the crate, if i get stuck out for a little longer than planned (not happened yet, but) and if i need to put them in their unexpectedly in a hurry I know that they always have access to water, both dogs go to both crates freely throughout the day to drink as this is the only place that i keep water for them.
