Trampus - 10 month old male Standard Poodle X ESD X Bedlington

Trampus, Standard Poodle X ESD X Bedlington, DOB 08.11 – West London

Homing requirements: Trampus needs a family with the confidence to socialise a big bouncy pup. He would settle very well in with another dog and dog savvy children. Trampus will become an off lead dog following an intense training course with owners and their Tramp! His coat will need regular grooming sessions.

His Story: Trampus was found stray, with a unkempt coat and neutered. His owners were contacted but they couldn't take him back. He is believed to have lived with children. He is in a Rescue Centre in West London awaiting a kennel space with us.

Advert: Trampus won’t be a tramp for long! Trampus is very young and clumsy. Clumsy physically, getting those legs co-ordinated is still a challenge. Clumsy socially as a little too much in dog's faces, but after a display of intense friendship he settles. Amazingly was told that in the heat of the moment, he responds to be called away … and YES he does! So very trainable and very regainable! All over the place in kennels, he needs routine, he needs a fair sized secure garden and he needs a doggy friend to explore his energy and develop skills with. Trampus is co-operative in grooming.

Trampus is a medium large dog, about 20" to the shoulder, almost the size of a standard poodle and many of the characteristics of that breed. The high pitched excited cries, the front paw-hands ready to hug you, the gangliness, trooping around, like he is skating on ice. Charcoal Grey and white, the colouring of an English Sheep dog. He has a non-moult coat. Trampus will change your life's tempo but have faith he will settle, he has all his life ahead of him to settle.

Please note this dog is currently in boarding kennels and is also available for foster until a 'forever' home is found.

If you are interested in re-homing please complete our homing questionnaire so we can ensure our dogs are matched and will suit your circumstances/lifestyle.

***PLEASE NOTE: We are a rescue finding dogs their forever homes. We usually ask for a minimum donation of £150 at the time of adoption, for each dog, to help us continue helping homeless dogs***.
