Good News

I have been worried that the lovely big field I have hired for the past few years, I would lose as the owner moved on Friday.
I went to see the new owner on Saturday as he was moving in and he said for the time being I can continue to hire it from him so Kyiro can go there for a run still. (Not that Kyiro really runs) .
I told him I will probably only come over once or twice a week now just to give Kyiro some off lead sniffing time as he actually gets more exercise on his lead walks .
It will be nice to have somewhere to let Summer off when we get her too.

That is good news Bev...I wish I had somewhere like that to let Hen off, I would be a lot more relaxed about it then, I'm sure.

Any more news on Summer? xx

It's brilliant seeing two greyhounds run together. Ours do about three circuits of the field we use, chasing each other and it's such a good feeling seeing them enjoy running rather than running for their living. They only run for about 10 minutes in total two or three times a day but they love it.

So you need to keep the field for as long as you can!

It really is relaxing Sheree to just let them go off and do thier own thing and not have to worry about other dogs coming along or them getting into trouble.
I'm hoping Summer will be bought over to England next week, they said about 18-20th of this month but I havn't had a firm date yet.

It is perfect even if he was to chase a rabbit he can only go as far as the fence so I don't have to worry.
