Green poo - ate an ink cartridge!

Hmm, I wondered where that puddle of green ink came from.
Loki seems to have eaten a green fountain pen cartridge last night. He seems fine and the ink has come out in his poo
Should I be worried about the plastic bit? I can't find it anywhere!

Hmmm......

I would keep a close eye on Loki. Any signs of discomfort, contact the vet straight away.

Hopefully, it should just emerge from the other end.

Panic over -I found a chewed looking empty cartridge under the sofa!
I was only telling someone yesterday that he was pretty good about not chewing the house up!!

Toby ate a milk carton a few months ago (one of those little ones you get with takeaway drinks).

He was so quick I wasn't even sure what he'd grabbed, but the milk dribbling down his face gave it away! It came out (still in one piece but slightly squished!) about a week later.

I did speak to the vet at the time and she said as long as he was eating/drinking and weeing/pooing ok he should be fine, just to call if he was sick.
