I did an eddie the eagle on grass

My bad knee was feeling quite good this morning, so i decided to take hooch for a longer than usual walk.
On the way home he decided to have another poop half way up a slope which is covered in grass and some mud.
I looked at the slope and just for a second thought" its only a tiny bit. should i just leave it". Then thought no i can't do that, it would play on my mind. It was my fault anyway for not paying attention as to what he was doing .
So up the slope i went, collected offending item, tied the bag, turned around to gently come down: WHEN WOOOOSH, I slid down the slope, hitting the curb with the front of my shoe, and went full body onto the floor. I went down so hard, i think there may have been false reports of an earthquake.
A very nice man, who had been cleaning his car, came rushing over and helped me up. Hooch stood still and didn't move. I think he was confused about what i was doing.
I managed to get home covered in mud, and wet through to my underwear, i landed in a big puddle.
I banged my bad knee, and am know having to use my crutches to get around the house.
Next time i have a great idea, i will remember what happened and go back to bed. Its alot safer.

So that is what i will do. It looks like i'm getting nearer to the knee replacement that i need.
