Really nervous having mole removed today.

Hi folks

I am really nervous as I am having my mole removed today. For those who remember it is the one the hairdresser half removed a couple of months ago. I know it is something that is really simple but I still nervous!!! AHHHHHHHH!!

I am sure it will all go well. Big hugs xxxx

Sometimes I think having time to think about the op makes it seem worse and worse.

Take a good book with you and try and emurse yourself in it while you are waiting - hopefully that way it won't play on your mind so much.

As the others have said, I'm sure you'll be fine and having it removed professionally has got to be better than your hairdresser removing the other half next time you go
