AGree have used in the past and definitely do the job better than by hand alone! Just take your time and don't rush it!

They are great as long as you don't have plastered walls behind your wall paper, or it will take that off as well!

We even removed the ARTEX off the bathroom walls with the wallpaper steamer, just scored the walls, steamed and it came off no trouble.

We've got one on permanentloan until we finish the house (by that time they'll have forgotten they lent it to us! )

Wouldn't be without it, it cleaned off at least 14 years worth of wallpaper & paint & removed the artex pretty easily too.

It didn't take any plaster off when I used it although the OH did a very good job of that when he took the curtain rail down

Vinyl wallpaper can be really hard to strip as the vinyl is largely impervious to water. Just lightly score the surface with a knife and then put the streamer on it.

Definitely worth the money!!

Our last house was floor-ceiling woodchip in every room and dynamite would hardly shift that stuff We hired a wallpaper steamer thingy and got the whole lot off in one weekend. If we had hadn't used it, we'd probably still be there now
