Straighten your hair? I have found a wonder product!!

I have found the most wonderful product ever!!!

I straighten my hair using GHDs. It is thick, red and curly. My GHD's are 4 years old and havent been as effective recently making my hair only last a few hours. I was getting really mad but now i have found a wonder product.

It is called

Charles Worthington- Stay Smooth and looks like

This.

It cost me £1.65 and is worth every penny. To think i spent so much on expensive products that were pants when this little gem was right there waiting for me!

My hair is naturally like this

I really recomend this product!!!!

Also i use
Lee Staffford: De Humidifier spray and that keeps my hair straight even in night clubs!!

My friend used both of these on me on friday night and i cannot believe how good they are.

I also thought it would be a good idea to start a list of good and bad products for people to try.

Heres my list

GOOD
  1. Charles Worthington- Stay straight (takeaways one)
  2. Lee Stafford- Dehumidifier

BAD
  1. GHD Staightening oil- stinks and makes my hair greasy
  2. Trevor Sorbie- straightening addict range- smells lovely but doesnt do anything
  3. Bed Head Straight range, serum is good but the rest is rubbish

hope u think this post is a good idea
love frances

p.s mods please move this if it is in the rong section i wasnt sure where it belonged....

I've got baby fluff hair Is there a decent straightening serum that doesn't make my hair look like you could fry chips in it? Because my hair is so fine, I try not to use my straighteners very much. They are GHD's but i don't want my hair snapping off. I have curly/wavy hair so I blow dry it straight(ish). Any ideas?

What's wrong with using the iron? Surely it's cheaper?

I think the iron would probably do that!

Which makes me think of something else - another damn-silly advert for some sort of cream with collagen balls in it. I've seen it several times, but I still can't see the difference between the cream and Polyfilla!...... maybe it IS Polyfilla........??

I've got some L'Oreal stuff (i think) for straightening my hair. Its in a pink bottle anyway, and Beyonce was advertising it!!lol

My hair is naturaly quite wavy and i have real trouble getting it straight, and in this weather it seems to go back to be wavy really quickly!

The L'Oreal stuff is probably the best i've used so far though!!

All the Tre semme (sp??) stuff is rubbish! It made my hair REALLY dry!!

L'Oreal! That was the one with the collagen balls for filling in the facial cracks!
