Diet Club - Anyone want to join us?

Started slimming world 3 weeks ago.

1st week lost 5lb
2nd week lost 3.5lb
3rd week put on .5lb

total loss so far 8lb.

Anyone want to join us, let us know how you are doing and if your having a bad week.

Maybe we could swap receipes or ideas and help each other. Come on - think of those summer months when you need to get your shorts out!!

I am dong weight watchers. started on 2nd Jan and have lost 1st 4lbs to date. well done you on your weight loss! when is your weigh in day? mine is a wednesday.

My weight-watchers WI is Wed am so will post soon as I get back lost 2.5lbs this week which is brilliant for me cos sometimes its only0.5lb but it all sorts itself out

Total lost 32.5lbs

Well done to you all so far.

I joined Weight Watchers three weeks ago and have lost a stone. Previously before that I started healthy eating on the 2nd of Jan this year and lost a stone on my own, so all in all I've lost two stones so far. Only another fourteen stones to go! I have to add I am swimming at least four times a week for half an hour each time which really helps.

I'll join.
I lost nearly 6 stone last year and started again to lose the rest a few weeks ago.
I don't weigh myself very often though.
Been doing really well so far, no cheating and trousers getting baggy lol.

Took me about 7 months, then holidays and my son's operation came along so the diet sort of got forgotten.
But now I'm back on track to lose some more.

I do have treats though, and this time am learning true control. My OH bought me a bar of chocolate the other day, and I divided it into calorie counted quarters and had one a night for four nights. I was so proud lol.

I am more aware of my weaknesses, bread and cheese, so I just don't touch them.

Hi all, just thought I'd wish you luck. I've been on WW since August, and lost 3 stone 3lbs to take me to 12 stone 9. I've still got about the same to go, but I've been exercising, and I feel so much better already. My next mini goal is to get another 2 lbs off, which will take me to a BMI of 30, so I'll no longer count as "obese", just plain old "overweight"

I'll pop in when I can and see how you're all getting on
