Dry vs Wet vs Raw

hi there just wanted to see what people fed their doggies on.

i wanted to see if there was a big difference or generally fairly equal.

also want to see how many people mix dry and raw

lastly how many feed their pets their own 'human food'

Please re-edit your post and refrain from typing in TXT speak, older members on here can have trouble comprehending your post.

My dogs got started on dry and got switched to raw when the time and space allowed for it.

Our eldest dog has both dry and wet but currently will only eat the wet food. However as it is a perscription diet for renal disease the main thing is that she actually "eats" as opposed to not eating as some weeks she is very sick.

Our youngest dog is fed mainly dry food - soaked and has some wet food added to it.

They are fed twice a day.

Mine are fed twice a day. They have cereal free JWB and either Natures Harvest (any flavour) or white fish/canned sardines etc...

I am hoping to put them back to raw once we move, as I prefer feeding it!

I feed dry 3 times a day, having a large dog small meals are better less chance of him getting bloat. But I do put warm water on it and let it soak for a while, and the middle meal if I have any cold chicken or any cooked meat I chop a small amount in to it.

I wasn't sure about the voting for once or twice a day?

Anyway, I feed him twice a day so I checked that box and the rawfed one.

When he gets mince, its 1lb in the morning and 2lb's in the evening.

Very happy with the results of rawfeeding and think any other dog coming into the household would be fed the same way (obviously, meats, amounts etc may be different but I would still think that they would be raw fed )

Mine get dry with a bit of wet twice a day. The dry is Skinners (either duck, salmon or chicken flavour) and the wet is Butchers Tripe mixes or Naturediet; I mix and match. They'll also get raw eggs, canned fish and appropriate leftovers when I have them, mixed in with their main meals. I'm also terrible for giving them tit-bits, so they have probably sampled a bit of everything in their time.

I've been down the raw feeding route, didn't notice any differences in the dogs and I find 'commercial' feeding the most economical and easy way to feed.

I didn`t tick any boxes because at times I`ve fed my dogs all of these. It depends what suits the circumstances and the the dog.
Also - sorry to be picky - but there is a massive difference between feeding rubbish and good stuff of any type.

I feed twice a day, & feed mainley dry (csj different varietys to suit different dogs) with breakie abit of Yoghurt added & teatime Rocco meat added .
They also have Yumega Oil & yumove every other day.

I have fed raw in the past (2 years) & have mixed opinions. The girls did well on it (but no better than on a commerical diet). Flynn did very poorley on it.

I occassionally might do a raw meal now, but Mav cant tolerate even a chicken wing, so i do so very rarely
