Decomposed frog found in Nando's salad

A woman who discovered a decomposed frog in her Nando's salad said she was "horrified" by her experience.

Louise Rudd said she had "eaten most of" her meal at the chain's Manchester restaurant before she encountered the amphibian at the bottom of her bowl.

The salad had been supplied by Lancashire firm Salads to Go, which has yet to respond to the BBC.

Nando's said it had conducted an investigation and the supplier had since introduced extra inspections.

I can't believe she just accepted some vouchers for a restaurant

I am germ phobic so I would want huge compensation for that - how on earth did a frog get into it!!

Serve her right for eating salad! It's poor old Kermit I feel sorry for!
Bet she was hopping mad!
Could of been worse - could have been a Handsome Prince!
Oh no it couldn't! Oh yes it could!
Must be pantomime season!
Look behind you!

Azz - shouldn't this be under Food & Drink - in a subsection marked Alternative Recipes and Serving Suggestions?
