It is an amazing place June.
It belonged to a farmer and his wife then the land became too wet to grow anything so he decided at 70 to build these beautiful gardens, ponds and streams and tended it for 20 years with his wife.
She outlived him by a few years he was turned 90 when he died. The gardens went into decline and then his DIL decided to revamp them and make a charge for the pribilge of looking round them.
Well worth the £6.50 each and they have a tea room at the weekends and Bank holidays.
