I actually put the bins out :D

Ok , so maybe not such a big thing for 99% of you , but for me with my extreme social phobia its a huge deal

I had to psych myself up for over an hour to do it , but I did it , I put my bins outside my gate and even managed to smile at a kid who was cycling past

You have no idea how proud I am about myself right now , im even crying a little bit cos im so proud , lmao

Well done Rozlyn , we all have our little personal phobias to overcome and goals to achieve and it is quite something when we do.

Well done! I know exactly how difficult it can be and have to admit to the fact that for a couple of years I would not go out of my door to put rubbish in my bin until not only was it dark but it had to be in the middle of the night! I even used to close all front shutters during the day so I could not see anyone going past - and to make sure nobody could see me.

Again, well done and just remember this - if you have managed it once you can manage it again, and slowly slowly it will get better and better.

(((hugs))) xxx
