I feed my dogs whole raw fish - heads, bones, innards the lot although I do sometimes take the fins off as they are quite scratchy to swallow ( not tried it myself but they look as though they would be

I also feed tinned pilchards, sardines and mackerel in either tomato sauce or oil and no the bones don't have to be removed.
My dog loves fish and is fed it once or twice a week.
If you are ever given fresh fish that has been caught using a rod and line as opposed to commercially netted do remember to check that all fish hooks have been removed from the fish.
