Anyone live near Elgin?

We might have the chance of moving fron the NE England to Elgin. I would like to pick the brains of those who live in the area, particularly about schools. We have offspring aged 14,11 and 8 so the cover pretty much all schools!
Any other advise will be a bonus.
I have a vague idea that there will be more dog walks around than there is where I am at the moment!!!
Thanks in advance!

Hi Lynn, I have relatives that live near Elgin. It is a decent sized place with a lot of nice countryside and beaches nearby. Sorry I cant help much as to schools though.

Have you tried looking at Moray Council on the web for info on the schools around?

Yeah, tried that, the link was broken!! Just my luck! I'll try again later in the week in the hope that is was a temporary hitch! The closing date for the jobs is Friday coming though, so it would be nice to know if it is worth the bother.

I would move up there in a minute, I love it. You can go to Spey Bay and visit the dolphins.
