Going to see a spaniel tonight!

Hi all,
We are going to have a look at an English Springer Spaniel tonight,he's a dog of 13 months old,he was bred by the people who currently own him but he needs a new home because he hasn't made the grade as a show dog,he's liver and white called Archie and he's got a docked tail.
His breeder asked us lots of questions(which I expected)the main one was are you at work cos i don't want him left all day on his own,has he got a secure garden etc.....
I told her that she was more than welcome to do a home check,so i'm keeping my fingers crossed.
