Staffy With Dry Skin.

Just noticed that scarlet my staffy has a dandruff like thing going on I have bought some puppy shampoo and have given her some flee treatment.

Does anybody know how long I should wait before bathing her. I had buy spoton flea stuff as budget this week wouldn't streatch to front line.

Has she actually got fleas? If she hasn't then I wouldn't bother with the flea treatment. Shampoo will probably make it worse rather than better.

Staffies are prone to skin problems apparently, ours has very dry skin and gets dandruff too. I give her Kronch salmon oil in her feed and it gets rid of the dandrudd and makes her coat full and shiny.

What are you feeding your puppy? That can have an impact on the condition of the dog's skin too.
