It's disgusting! I have never seen such dirty puppies!

Is there anyway you can get their details and report it to the RSPCA and report it to the site they are advertised on?

ok well i have mailed the owner asking for details of dogs and contact info etc, will wait and see and hopefully will get enough to report it!
