nice walk near me



this is literay 2 mins away from where i live. its the 1 bit of green space the council hasnt got around to sticking houses n falt on, i think theres some trees there that are protected.
but ben adores playing there.therea alot more to it than what the piccy shows.

I can understand why Ben likes it there, Asti would like it there as well You would think councils would realise that people need green open spaces to walk and exercise their dogs wouldn't you!

looks really nice,
the council tend to try and build on all of the green areas were we live to...its a shame because there some are really nice dog walking spots and places for the kids to play football!
But the council just think about money, it seems!
We have got some nice parks though...but luckly thet cant build on them!!!

mine love to chase the squirrels ,it getting the sam every where ,all the new houses popping up but ,no green areas ,they are fast going

we are 5 mins away from a huge park, with a couple of lakes, a hill to climb . and they are talking about carving up a large lump of it for a sports village (on the olympics band wagon i think) also then the normal amount of flats n a hotel. we dont need it. we need green spaces to feel the grass under our feet (and paws)
theres some lovely places near us, but bit far for a walk though.
just wish the council would back off for a while.some ones making money out of all this.
