lab wanted up to 12 mths old

My friend is looking to get a lab dog

it has to be rather young as she has kids

anyone know of any??

we are in North Wales but she dont mind travelling

try googling "dog rescue pages". It lists all dogs needing homes both rescue and private re-homings.

You could also try contacting the labrador rescue trust, sadly they always seem to have young labs needing homes.
