Grrrr i cant sleep!

Grrr i wonder if anyone had any suggestions on how i could try and sleep?! I takes me till about 3am to fall asleep and all the time my eyes feel really tired but i want to do something! I want to get up and groom the dogs or something lol! And then by about 6am i wake up again and i cant get comfy, but im still really tired! Ive never had any problems sleeping, in fact normally my mom cant get me out of bed lol! Any suggestions?!

try getting up and having something to eat - sometimes hunger can keep you awake - also a warm bath before you got to bed, no alcohol, no caffeine or nicotine.

Apart from that you could try counting sheep!

Thank you for a sensible suggestion! Atually that might be whats wrong because in the last few days i havent been hungry so i havent eaten any dinner so maybe at 3am im hungry! lol

if you feel restless during bedtime a warm bath is supposed to relax you
i have the same problem most nights
