New Year Resolutions

Do you make any? I never seem to stick to mine
I'm going to keep it simple this year.

1) finish reading my books and PDFs . I have a pile of them !

2) to have one of those over 40's check ups at the Chemist.

3) To stick to a healthy eating diet.

I've had the same one for years which is 'to be the best I can be'

Going by past results, I've decided that this time the resolution is to try to do what I enjoy and avoid the things I don't enjoy as much as possible,

I might even get to succeed with this

Given up with them.

I always try to be as nice as possible help my family as much as I can and people who may need help.

My New Year resolutions:-
1) To still be around on NYE 2016
2) To keep chatting with all the Dogsey regulars
3) To avoid (as far as possible) all the horrible 'umans and if that means switching 'off' from the media then so be it.

i don't make them... i would fail and i don't like failing lol

I never used to - but now set targets of things I'd like to do for the year.

For 2016, I want to:

Learn a new programming language
Start on my next project
Get out of this house and move somewhere warmer

I am not very strict though - so don't beat myself up if things don't go to plan as you never know what life might throw at you

My resolution is not to make any resolutions
I just see what comes along and try to enjoy the moment

I seem to recall we talked about this some time back, where are you looking at now Is there anywhere in UK which can be classified as 'warmer'

Was watching the old Bergerac series recently. Now I think you could say the Channel Islands are:-
1) Warmer than almost anywhere else in UK
2) Close to France, so good for the odd shopping trip
3) Not over populated, so good for dog walking.

I would be living there now were it not for the house prices and the mandatory million pound bank balances** required

I have no will power or staying power so I know that if I make a resolution it will soon be broken
