make sure you've uploaded the pic to host ie, photobucket, then copy the link and bring it here...click on the little post cardy thing on here, if you hover your curser over it, it says insert image, and then paste your link it and hit ok...you can preview it to make sure its worked before you post it...hope that makes sense.
