Bad eyes

My sheltie who is 16 and blind has grunge in his eyes every morning,I bathe them with cotton wool soaked in water anybody know what else I could use

Bathing with cold tea is often recommended as a good old fashioned aid for eye problems.

Cold tea. A vet told me its the best thing to use.
