Have you stuck your mug through the dishwasher yet?
I got my dad a mug from another site a while back and the print washed off completely after 3 - 4 uses
I've had no trouble with truprint/snapfish stuff before mind; usually lovely quality things!

Glad you got one. They are good quality for photo mugs. Really pleased with mine. Plan to use it in work.

I don't know about the dishwasher bit as we're old school and don't have one. You could just wash it by hand, just in case.
