Never heard of it before Tabitha

Interesting to see how it would actually effect dogs - could it help with socialisation for example?

This could be a huge comfort to dogs with working owners!

But not much of a comfort to my OH when he gets the electricity bill!

One of my three is an avid tv watcher, nothing cuter than seeing her try and run behind my laptop screen looking for the dogs I show her on youtube videos. Although I do worry when she shows an interest in watching Jeremy Kyle

I've told Parker and Izzy they are allowed to watch it if they contribute towards the tv licence out of their allowance

Why not, I say! If people want to pay for it and the dogs enjoy it, where's the harm?

As my current two take no notice of current tv except him running to the door barking if a belll rings, I don't think I'd bother. Only time Hannah gets excited is same as the computer when its switched off, which means I've stopped being boring & might be encouraged to do something better like playing with her or even better feeding her.

The bearcoat can watch QVC when I'm out and like it! Apart from barking if she hears someone knocking on a door, she never bothers and never looks at anything moving on the screen. Neither of my current two are TV watchers. The TM looked at the screen once when he was a baby. I think there must have been a dog on as he went and looked behind the TV, came back to look at the screen then walked off. He has never shown the least bit of interest since.

My previous shar-pei on the other hand was an avid telly watcher and would sit for hours watching National Geographic or Animal Planet. Here she is watching Crufts a couple of years back. I lost her last year and oh, how I miss her!
