Dogsey vibes for Lily and Alfie

Gerri has just picked up my babies to take them for their spay/neuter today and I've been in bits since about 6am. I know it's linked to all that is going on with my sister and Dad but those 2 dogs represent so much to me. Lily was the start of my recovery from a messy separation and both of them have been a source of comfort and distraction from all that is going on.

I know it is just standard surgery and they are 2 fit, healthy dogs but I won't relax until I get that phonecall to say they are awake and ok. Dyls is here beside me bless him, he will be the only one enjoying a day without the little ones.

I cannot thank Gerri and Stu enough for taking them up for me.

(((Hugs))) I am sure they will be fine. We are all the same though however many times we have been through it each dog worries us when their time comes.

Try not to worry, Claire. A daft suggestion, I know, but it's negative, so give it a go. Occupy yourself with stuff to do, if you can. It will take your mind off it.

What time are the little'uns due home?

They will be fine but I know that doesn't stop you worrying. Bit hugs to them both and hopefully they will be home soon.

Huge hugs coming your way. I am sure your babies will be fine just as my Lily has been so far. It doesn't stop us worrying though does it.
I will look forward to your post saying they are home or coming home.
