Seen my first christmas tree of the year!

I went to a pub that I meet an old friend at last night. We had a lovely time, nice meal and good catch up etc. She asked me why I was laughing when I came back from the bar and I told her that they have a Christmas tree in the pub, decorated, lit and with fake presents underneath.

Has anyone else seen one yet?

Oh my lordy!! How crazy is that in September!! Are you sure it wasn't last year's?!!!!

Well I know it wasn't there last time I went so it must be a new addition! Despite not drinking as we both drove there - I did wonder if I was seeing things. It was very nicely decorated though!

Oh No, pleeeease not yet ----- I'm not ready for all that ho ho ho - I need to get over halloween and bonfire night first.

I think I'll be organised and stock up on Easter cards next time I'm in town!

We put our tree up on the 1st December, and by Christmas day I want to take it down It does my head in x
