Fox poo in dogs eye - can dogs get toxocariasis?

Hello, went out for a walk last night and my dog rolled on fox poo. It was everywhere including down the left hand side of her face. This morning her left eye is shut and seems very sore. I am worried the fox poo may have caused an infection? This afternoon I have noticed a tiny brown lump has developed on her eye ball.

Any advice would be appreciated!!

Laura

Yes dogs can get worms but tbh it sounds more like she`s got a foreign body in there. I`d get her to the vet.
