Greece-Italy (Swedish Vallhund)

Well everyone, I promised pics so here they are. Sorry if they are a bit dodgy, you see when I took them I hadn't had any sleep for about 26 hours and the battery on the camera was getting flat.

This is the first sight of the sea we got from the road, it was about 7:00 A.M.and we were about 3 hours away from Ancona. You can just see the sea in the left above the car.



This was me being tired and thinking I could get a good picture leaning back and through the back seat window.



This is Ancona port, I took it from the ferry. the port is actually smack in the middle of Ancona.



This is a ferry leaving for god knows which country. Practically every time we arrive at Ancona to go to Patra this ship is always there.

This is next morning at around 8:00 A.M, I couldn't resist taking it.




This is one of the Greek Islands.



These are all the mountains along the shores of Greece, you enter them about 4-5 hours before you get to Patras.





This one of the mountains across from Patra.



This is the other big mountain across Patra, and you can just see Antirio at the foot of it.



At first glance you can only see the sea, but if you look closely you can see Patra Bridge, and a wee bit of Rio on the right hand corner.



This time I didn't get photos of Patra, because we went down to the car early to avoid the scrum of people. When I can hunt out some more of Patra I will post them.
