The most enjoyable thing - how can I have been so blind.........???

Silly as this may sound I was filled with joy........

It's late but I was down in the kitchen getting a cuppa and Skye was with me. Fingal and Breagh (the silly ones) were asleep upstairs.

As he was mooching about I thought I'd have a wee shot at throwing a ball.

You must understand that when I throw a ball Skye is normally out of the picture - partly because he can't compete with Breagh's youth or Fingal as he's a springer.

Whatever the reason he just doesn't do balls.

Anyway - tonight he brought me the ball so.... with the others tucked up in bed I switched on the spotlight into the garden and chucked the ball into the distance...

I was amazed............

He brought it back and dropprd it. He brought it back and did the 'chase me' thing.

We've just spent about half an hour having so much fun and it's so unlike Skye.

I guess I must take him aside more often

I'm away to my bed now but he's nudging me and pushing me and wanting more.

When no ones about, or if he thinks he's all alone, Pharaoh plays with the teddies.. (he doesn't think I know, but I've seen him). Jack never let him play with the toys and I think he assumes Kismet wont either, so he hides and only plays in secret. He tries to squeak them soooo quiet..

Sometimes we sneak downstairs when no one is looking and I play with the teddies with him... Shhhhhh!

Sounds like when Pharaoh is alone - he enjoys a bit of fun.

Reah and I have abit of me quality time, such a pleasure being with the oldie I think, she'll play when it's just me and her, I love it.

Love the other two, but thier both the ''''''speed machines''''''''

Same thing here with Roxy. She used to love playing with "moo cow" but used to get it taken off her by Len. I had to separate them so Roxy could have a little play - bless her little heart .

Oh, I do miss her.....
