Update on Teagans behaviour

Teagans dog-to-dog agression has got worse over the past 12 months, with her being attacked multiple times last year.

She has to wear a muzzle on walks, and is even trying to attack dogs across the road, that haven't even made a sound.

On Thursday morning we are going to meet with a behaviourist/trainer.
She is going to assess Teagan and see what we can do!

Will let you know how it goes, fingers crossed please, as i'm at the end of my tether!

The best chance will be if your behaviourist is well versed in both theory and practical ... I tend to recommend the APBC usually, sometimes the APDT for more of a training problem as they both have to update their knowledge, keep up to date, and so on. Good luck!

I will be very interested to hear what advice you are given as I have the same problem with Shady. She will also start lunging and trying to attack dogs that are way over the other side of the road. It is also fear with her too after multiple attacks.
Shady is also fear aggresive with children and some traffic too.
No fun is it and now my car is broken I can't even transport her off the estate I live on to somewhere quieter.
Please let us know how you get on.

Hope you get the help you need, I know what it's like and the other dog owners are not usually understanding either!
