They say things come in threes :o(((

well my luck with health with family and friends and myself is at rock bottom

just had a call to say my daughter Sam is in hospital, she is having a blood transfusion and operation tomorrow if she is well enough
so after seeing John tomorrow i am going down to Essex to be with her

and i still feel awful myself

hope things start improving luck wise for me soon
dont think i can take much more
