Aww!

My mums big outdoor lop used to 'play' with our family terrier..... the terrier would go into a play pose, wagging her tail, about 2 foot in front of the rabbit, and then then rabbit would run at her and Minka would run away, and he would chase her.

He also liked to jump over her (and on her) when she was lying on the grass.

And if my female rabbits were in their run and he was free range, he wouldn't let the dog anywhere near them..... he would hop around the run, gently honking at them, and charge at the dog if she came to close!

They are such characters!

My mum misses her boy. Maybe thats another reason she wanted to keep the dog...... Harry (the bun), only died before the Winter. He was almost 10!!

Thanks everyone. They are ok with dogs, they have stayed at my mums house (over Christmas) and were allowed out to free range in the bedroom and livingroom, but I kept Mink (the terrier) on the lead as she seemed to want to dominate these smaller buns (kept standing over them) and I didnt want to take any risks. They just ignored her!
