I Passed!

Cant stop smiling this morning have just had the results of my 1st year yoga assessment to become a teacher and have passed. Yay me! Have another year to complete which is going to be even tougher. Does anyone do yoga out there? It's not easy to practice at home as the dogs think I have joined the pack at their level and think its a game. Tried locking them out but I just get told off . Who's the boss? The dogs of course.

Hi Kirkham - well done, congratulations Hats off to you, that's no easy task!

Tried yoga with OH, and Geri Helliwell - on DVD of course LOL - that was really hardwork - and it has since been relocated to our storage shelves Think we'll stick to the gym.

Congratulations

That happens to a lot of home fitness video's I think. I havent seen Geri's yoga as I do another type which is called Iyengar Yoga. Try a class you get so much more out of a class. When I started yoga 5 years ago I couldnt even touch my toes, now I can get my head through my knees. Like with everything its practice and not being too dishearted when you dont seem to be getting anywhere. Rome wasnt built in a day! Sorry not a good analogy to use to compare yoga.
