Goonie, Brindle & White Staffie, DOB 10.99

Goonie, Brindle & White Staffie, DOB 10.99

His story Owned since a puppy. Now living with the owner's daughter and partner. Being left long hours and needs more active focus.

Salient points Goonie is in good health. Active 9 year old used to a rural setting. Good being left. Good mixer; over excited indoors with visitors. Well cared for.

Advert Goonie as been a great friend and companion to his family. He has enjoyed many holidays in the UK and loves to travel in a car. he mixes well with dogs and people. Delighted to be out on his walks and off the lead away from roads. Whilst he can be left he has had too much of it lately and is now looking for a family wanting to centre their lives around his needs. Tuned into walks not people or other dogs outside with selective hearing when suits. Goonie is a character and a half! Currently living in Yorkshire.

Goonie is seeking companionship and would like to entertain! He also is a dog who would rather be on the bed with you at night than somewhere in the utility room! He likes his comforts, has always been integral to his family and you can see why. Neutered, vax'd and chipped. Goonie is up for love, up for fun and oh what great laughs you would have together.

Goonie is now with us in kennels. He is looking for a foster or forever home.

These aren't very good photos - we promise to do better next time!

An update on Goonie from one of our lovely volunteer kennel walkers:

Today Goonie took a real shine to my mum (and she to him), so mum did all the walking. He kept looking back at her and grinning. I was starting to get jealous! He had a real spring in his step.

Again, he didn't really want to go back into his kennel - this time it was because he didn't want my mum to go!
