Glucosamine with Chrondoitin

Hi everyone,

Any of you out there that suffer Arthritis or related health problems use the above?
One of the girls has recommended it at work and says that she no longer needs painkillers because of the good effects this has for her arthritis.
Just wondered if anyone has an views on it.

I've also found another product called Pernamax that looks interesting, any thoughts? Also, how do your doctors feel about the use of 'alternative' medicine in your treatment.

I use Syn-Flex for Teagan, and her arthritis is very bad, but she's never been on medication, as the syn-flex is great!
I'm sure if it works on dogs, it would work for (most) people too!

Yes I have been taking it for years. My mum used to suffer with arthritis and she was in a lot of pain, so I took it when my knee started to play up, and I believe it has kept me arthritis free.
