Well, we're finally on the market!

After changing some pics, most of which were taken by me I have to add we're up and running on the market now on right move. Really wanted £340K but decided to go in the middle coz the agents said there are no buyers out there now, and to get them through the door, we really ought to be looking at £325K but at that price, we'd rather stay put after what we've put into this house!

Fingers crossed then, we'll be on our way to some nice little village location in East Sussex/Kent borders sooner rather than later I hope!

I know, we love it here, but 24 years in one place is too long, and we need to downsize to enjoy some of that hard earned dosh that's gone into this place over those years! Shame, but there ya go! I will miss it, so much space, got everything we need here, but no money in the bank!

It's beautiful H, I'm sure you'll have lots of people after it, and then you can get your roots down elsewhere

Thanks Sheree, she's certainly got kerb appeal, it's just getting them inside that's the problem, if there are any out there of course The market down here has suddenly got swamped, but the buyers have all disappeared. Hey ho, we'll give it a whirl just like you did!

Oh well good luck to you with yours Claire! They tell me the chains are very long and have a habit of breaking, so I'll have that to look forward to next if we do get a good offer.
