Dog comedones (blackheads)

Has anyone else had a dog that has had them and what do you do to get rid of them?
When Jamie had his wet dermatitis, it left him with alot of comedones, thankfully with alot of cleaning and fuciderm gel they are going, but if they come back what else can get rid of them?
