would this cross hurt the mum?
see a german shepherd cross cocker spaniel, mum is the cocker... is it just me or does this sound weird? wouldnt that hurt the mum? or would she have less pups?just me being nosy as i really cant see it as cockers are so small compared to GSDs!

A friend had a Westie bitch that got mated by a collie and though she only had 3 pups it nearly killed her because they were so big. She had a c section as one got stuck but they all died in the end and it was touch and go for her.
