Insurance - Doubled

After using M & S Insurance for Harvey and getting a reasonable quote - without excess, I called to have Archie covered also.

Horror of horrors, the cost has doubled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone else experienced this ?

Yep M&S have increased their premiums by a massive amount. I have the same problem with Finn. I am ok until his next renewal then they are going to rocket to £22 app. a month.

Doubled is not bad as Rio's will go from £15 per month to £51, think it is time to look elsewhere.

Will never use them regardless of what dog i have.

I will stick with the kennel club!

To be honest the normal vet bills are not the problem, but god forbid I am ever liable for an accident involving the dogs-that's when I will definately need the insuance..

I agree with that.
I am in the process of trying to find insurance for moving to germany as you are required by law over there to have 3rd party public liabilty, what a nightmare I am having trying to find one that will cover overthere.

Tell me about it, especially when Syd's is staying the same with 1st quote. Guess who gets the business next year.
